For your peace of mind Hounslow Property Inventories will carry out a detailed and accurate independent report including the contents and condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy. This report will be carried out by one of our highly trained Inventory Clerks who will either hand you over or collect your keys whilst you are moving in/out of your property. 

Your Inventory will be used by your Estate Agent or Landlord to decide if any of your deposit should be retained at the end of the tenancy for any dilapidation thus giving you an accurate report for when you moved in from when you move out. As we are committed to deliver the report back to Agent/Landlord within 48 hours this will greatly speed up the process allowing the Agent/Landlord to return you deposit.
