Payment Methods
All payment is required in advance of the inventory, either by BANK TRANSFER or PayPal are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the visit is cancelled on the day of the visit, the full fee will be payable. If the visit is cancelled after 12pm on the day prior to the visit, a fee of 50% of the full charge will be payable. If the visit is cancelled before 12pm on the day prior to the visit, no fee will be payable.
EXTRA COSTS: Furniture - Please note that 'rental furnished' assumes that the property is lightly furnished for rental purposes. If the property is heavily furnished, Property Inventories Ltd reserves the right to increase the above charges to reflect the extra time incurred. Typically, this occurs when there is a large amount of utensils in the kitchen, when there are ornaments or a large amount of furniture around the house.- Extra rooms - the above pricing assumes that the property contains one reception room, one bathroom, one toilet and one kitchen. If there are additional rooms, there may be an additional charge.-
Travel - the above rates assume that the inventory is undertaken within the central London area shown on our website and that public transport is good to within ten minutes walk of the property.
